- Not share your account access with unauthorized users

- • No refund for delivered messages
All payments are processed securely. Late payments may result in service suspension.
6. Message Delivery and Availability
While we strive for high delivery rates, message delivery depends on:
- Third-party messaging platform availability and policies
- Recipient device status and network connectivity
- Compliance with platform-specific sending limits
- Message content quality and recipient engagement
We provide delivery reports but cannot guarantee 100% delivery success.
7. Data and Privacy
By using InstantMsg, you agree that:
- You have the right to send messages to your contact lists
- You comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws
- You obtain necessary consents for message sending
- Our Privacy Policy governs how we handle your data
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your message content and contact data. InstantMsg retains rights to the platform, software, and service methodologies. Custom bot developments become your property upon full payment, while our platform technology remains our intellectual property.
9. Service Availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but service may be interrupted due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (announced in advance)
- Third-party messaging platform issues
- Technical emergencies or security incidents
- Force majeure events beyond our control
10. Limitation of Liability
InstantMsg's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from service use or message delivery issues.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these Terms or Acceptable Use Policy
- Non-payment of fees or fraudulent payment activity
- Complaints from messaging platforms or recipients
- Suspected illegal or harmful activities
You may cancel your account at any time through the platform settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or email with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of InstantMsg after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
